US HealthConnect Inc. (USH) Acquires NSCI Group, Pioneers of MedEd On The Go®, a Proprietary Platform Featuring Micro-burst Learning and ‘Bankable CME’

Acquisition creates key differentiator for global clients seeking unique educational designs, experiences, and outcomes measures

US HealthConnect Inc. (USH) has announced today the acquisition of NSCI Group and its suite of education properties including Total CME™ and MedEd On The Go®. The common attribute across all NSCI Group platforms is education designed for the modern and mobile healthcare professional, both for certified and non-certified education. MedEd On The Go features short bursts of education that can be ‘banked’ over time to earn full credit (receiving ACCME approval for its unique methodology).

“We are incredibly pleased to welcome NSCI Group and their digital platforms into our company,” said Frank C. Russomano, President & CEO of US HealthConnect Inc. “Our visions were aligned early on in our partnership: To deliver smart, modern, and measurable education. Their proprietary platforms for short-form learning and ‘bankable CME’ allow us to offer our clients an unmatched suite of education tools.”

Both Total CME™ and MedEd On The Go have demonstrated extremely high completion rates for their digital education designs.

“Our core values and product synergies are well aligned to generate top-tier education for healthcare professionals,” said Robert Bieber, CPA, CEO & CFO of NSCI Group. “Our work with US HealthConnect – and ReachMD in particular — made this a logical next step for both of our organizations.”
