We’re currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Website/Mobile App Manager in our Fort Washington, PA office.
As our Website/Mobile App Manager, you will be focused on driving the team’s initiatives toward a best-in-class experience for our healthcare providers (HCPs) visiting out website. This involves ensuring operational activities are planned well, organized, and executed in an efficient manner while maintaining our dedication to an elevated HCP educational experience. You will need to constantly look through the lens of the HCP customer experience when determining project priorities and requested marketing initiatives. This position will report into the Director of Digital Channel Marketing.
What a day in the life of a ReachMD Website/Mobile App Manager looks like:
- Work closely with Marketing Managers, Content Managers and other Digital Channel Managers to monitor and report on website performance.
- Manage and oversee website SEO, instructing junior associate on SERP improvement.
- Work with brands to enhance the development of UX/UI across the 11 company microsites.
- Manage and Monitor KPIs for the new company Mobile App.
- Assist in bridging communication gaps between internal and external teams to ensure website and promotional content efforts are in line with company initiatives, the brand voice, and external site partners, and internal processes.
- Sponsor and Schedule internal Website Development.
- Continual Data Analysis of Website KPIs, Site Content Performance and HCP performance experience changes.
- Oversee the management of the Websites in the CMS.
- Actively Participate, Manage and Drive the Redevelopment of the Website.
- Work closely with I.T. to continually improve user experience, usability, and site functionality, defining requirements, monitoring design, and performing user acceptance testing of new site and promotional features.
- Responsible for onboarding, training and managing an SEO coordinator to ensure that the websites are optimized for SEO.
- Partners with the Testing, Optimization, and UX/UI teams to help communicate ideas, test initiatives, and guide the team in providing data analytics for these initiatives.
- Perform ongoing audits on respective websites to ensure accuracy and quality.
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to occasionally work on-location at our Fort Washington, PA office
- Minimum of 5 years’ website management experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent preferred with Digital Marketing focus.
- Hands on experience with a Content Management Systems feeding a website.
- Experience with Best Practices, and Content Strategy and Customer Journey.
- Hands on experience with BI Reporting and Analysis, using Qlik a plus.
- Strong Google Analytics Skills. (Certification a plus)
- Technical proficiency in communicating with development teams, programming teams, and data reporting.
- Experience in marketing to healthcare providers (HCPs) is desired
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a plus.
