We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Salesforce Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the Salesforce CRM system for all of US HealthConnect and who will work collaboratively with various teams to manage the sales process.
So who are we? US HealthConnect is a medical education company specialized in providing relevant and practical education for healthcare professionals to help improve patient outcomes.
What a day in the life of a Salesforce Operations Manager looks like:
- Oversee data input and structure of Sales CRM system (Salesforce), including corporate data support and monitor system data hygiene
- Assist with the sales process of current subsidiaries and ensure processes are being adhered to
- Manage the CRM system set-up, process development and trainings for all new company acquisitions
- Manage CRM system users and provide them with ongoing training and education through trainings, and video modules
- Collaborate with the various team and departments to implement system workflows and processes that will increase productivity and performance
- Implement Flows to automate actions, tasks, and complex business processes, ensuring best practices
- Perform audits of the CRM system to identify areas for clean-up, repurposing, and removal
- Stay updated on new tools and capabilities to identify additional opportunities for improvement
- Become proficient with the USH business systems ecosystem and the various system integrations
- Make backend system changes including modifying page layouts, adding/removing fields, workflows, dashboards and reports
- Develop and deliver sales metric reporting to management on a regular basis
- Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of the sales cycle, products, and forecasting
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in administration and support of Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a sales operations role
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Think strategically
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize
- Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities
- Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Work on location in Fort Washington office a minimum of 3 days a week
