We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated continuing healthcare education professional to join our team as a full time Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of all projects and daily operations.
What a day in the life of a Project Manager looks like:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, through project management, editorial and creative processes, including meeting facilitation and documentation
- Assist in communication and managing of submissions and tracking of project deliverables through both internal and external resources including Medical, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Operations
- Create and track project timelines
- Data entry/Working with a content management system (CMS)
- Support live/virtual meeting needs including KOL contact, meeting set-up, materials, and hosting the event
- Schedule and run internal project-specific meetings, as needed
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or related work experience
- 2-4 years of project management experience
- Experience working directly with medical professionals in program/event management
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills across all multi-channel media (print, digital, and social media), and ability to apply leading edge project management philosophy, tools, and techniques to improve marketing and advertising execution
- Strong computer skills required including high level of computer competency and associated software (Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Adobe Acrobat Pro) required
- Previous experience with Open-air, Asana, or like systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
