We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Coordinator role. Candidates will be responsible for supporting audience generation efforts for online and live medical education programs and working with marketing and digital marketing managers to ensure the successful execution of campaign logistics.
What a day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator looks like:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working in our paid media and advertising platforms to prepare and execute campaigns
- Analyzing campaign data
- Supporting efforts to generate an audience for online and live programs
- Supporting efforts to reach paid media and advertising campaign goals
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Conducting competitive research
- Assisting with other marketing-related duties and projects
- Completing monthly billing reconciliation
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to occasionally work on-location at our Fort Washington, PA office
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Internship experience will be an added advantage
- Be proficient in all standard Microsoft office programs, especially Excel
- Previous experience with paid media and advertising campaign execution is a bonus
- Campaign billing and reporting knowledge is helpful
