Bryn Mawr Communications, a subsidiary of US HealthConnect, has been committed to providing the most up-to-date information to the medical community through publications, educational websites, e-mail-based newsletters, and symposia.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of office operations and activities. This position supports the entire team, as needed, and works closely with the leadership team members providing administrative support.
What a day in the life of an Administrative Assistant looks like:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Works onsite at our Conshohocken office; greets guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manages general email, phone, mail, and deliveries; reviews and responds to daily inquiries
- Coordinates meetings, including scheduling activities, room set up, and organizing catering needs
- Provides Administrative Support to the team
- Maintains office supplies and refreshments and ensures all office common space and conference rooms are clean, tidy, and well stocked at all times
- Manages relationship with building maintenance
- Assists in coordinating company meetings and events
- Ability to attend meetings at our Fort Washington corporate office as required and assist at corporate events quarterly and as needed
- Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to communicate and comfortable interfacing with employees and clients
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to be flexible with rapidly shifting business demands
- Ability to work evening hours for events, as needed
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and competing priorities while adhering to deadlines
- Comfortable in team-oriented environment based on open, transparent, continual communication
- Must demonstrate utmost integrity, and respect for confidential information
